hello. we have good news. spiral will play the 2009 treasure island festival in san francisco, ca on october 18th. we are working on dates around this as well so check back for more info. looks like it's a good lineup this year with the lips headlining. hope to see you there.

hi again. domino records has just announced the record here. for all the vinyl junkies out there, the lp version will come with a free 7" with the songs 'hey folk singa!' and 'the moodist'.

FINALLY... IT'S BEEN ANNOUNCED!

'the real feel' has formally been announced here and here

so now... i can give you all some info on what's in store. it's released on matador and domino throughout the world on october 20th. hopefully, we'll be doing some shows around the release. yes, it's true 'the real feel' is the first record under the spiral moniker. but members of preston school all play on it. many guest musicians as well. here's some info below. stay tuned for more info and music soon.

hi, just a quick note to say the 'spiral' record is now done and has been sent off to the mastering plant. there will be more news in the next couple days on it's release date, song titles, etc. i will probably put up a few songs soon as well. but for now, i can tell you it's title is SPIRAL STAIRS: THE REAL FEEL.
